I do have the 1 year of experience they asked for in the job in question. Decision - I was out the door of my nationwide ins dfense firm. Was going to top local firm with a lot more clout where everything would be private pay and I’d be more on bigger exposure cases. However, my firm outmatched the new firm, made a much better bonus structure, and said I could do more work with their complex bus lit group. I’d still likely do about 50 percent ins defense but I really like the partners I work for, and I handle own cases/take depos, and get autonomy. Am I right to stay?
