HCL: 23 LPA (Fixed),

Coforge: 25 LPA (Fixed).

Please suggest which one to choose for Work Life Balance and Job Stability (considering no hikes for the next 2-3 years).

I need some advice from advisors who have brought other “Junior” Advisors on. What is a fair split? Currently I have passed on my smaller clients to them, as well as providing consistent leads for them to call and meet with. The individual is working to build their own book of business, but up to now doesn’t have much production. They have only been in the business for about 2 years.
