I'll start, someone from Accenture Talent Aquisition approached me, we had a discussion on salary and then i had my first tech interview.
After 1 month of no reply, i got another call, again for round 1.
After a few, weeks again round 1.
After a few weeks i got a confirmation that i got selected(after round 1 wtf), and these people never replied again. My profile was also deleted from their portal in a very smart manner.
Almost felt like a prank but the email ids from Accenture confirmed that it was not.
Thats's not all, I know someone who was called from another city to interview in Accenture office and was not even given entry. The POC stopped picking call and the person went back.
Profile was for particular location, but they offered never discussed location and ctc offered less than what was discussed on top of that when i asked for reason for these two issue no reply on that . But i was not in shock as i was heard few of there recruitment stories before.
I got selected and hr agreed to give 100% hike.
After 2 weeks different hr called to rollout the offer and she is giving just 30% hike😂.
Don't know in which world she is living she said that's the max I can do.
I have rejected the offer and got better offer from other company at 3x what she is offering.

Accenture currently is hiring resources without demand. Many resources are on bench without projects and leaving company within 1 year.
Already 7+ lac employees.
I would suggest avoid joining Accenture. They might start layoff in name of cost cutting

There's actually a demand. They're just not mapping them into the project. My friend joined a project in Accenture and he is working 12-16 hrs each day but the manager is not mapping new resources. Probably the client is not ready to bill for the extra resources.

I'm literally the only person I know who interviewed at Accenture but got rejected. Close to 10 people I know attended Accenture interview but I'm the only one who didn't get any offer. Even my sister got selected at Accenture. It was the company I was aiming to join for close to 1.5 years but the interviewer was aiming not to short list me, so she kept asking me questions from topics I told her that I don't know. Then I had to wait for 6 more months but said eff it and got 3 offers from my next 6 interviews from different companies.
