I am a Capgi employee and serving notice period in some days there will be my LWD in present company.
I have an offer of TCS and was given 26th as DOJ. But now suddenly HR called me and told All June Candidates On boarding will be in July month.
Now I am not getting what to do. Can some one please help me out.

This has been told to all of 5 joinees who attended at same time and having offer letter from TCS.

Am I understanding utilization rate correctly? It’s chargeable time over total time? Charged 40 hours and had 10 hours non-charge so my utilization is 80%? If so, wouldn’t it benefit me to understate non-charge hours so my utilization is higher since they only really care about chargeable time anyways? Charge 40 hours still but only put 5 hours non-charge for utilization to be 89% instead of 80%? Or am I misunderstanding how utilization works?

My Skill set is Informatica Power Centre, Teradata, SQL, Python, Tableau, Autosys (batch scheduler) and advanced excel. I am looking for a switch, how much compensation/ salary would be fair to ask on the basis of my experience and skill set?

I'm currently working with Deloitte USI as a Proposal analyst and got an offer from CTS with decent hike and hometown location as a Senior Business Development Analyst.
