Need some inputs. My BU just went into a reorg which has benefitted me and I got a promise to a fast track promotion within 18 months of my joining. However, I’m passionate about a pm role and have got an offer for a rotation position. I’m not sure how to bring it up to my supervisor considering they made that promise only recently. How does leveling work for non-tech (non-swe) roles in Google?

Most information online are tech-specific, e.g., entry levels start at L3. Is it different for non-tech? E.g., fresh grads join at L1, 0-2y experience join at l2, etc.

I have been working as a Sr BA with 3 YOE for Uber. I have the following offers

1. Zomato : Product Analyst , 21 LPA all fixed

2. Meesho: Snr. Business Analyst, 20 Fixed + 12 Esops (3yrs vesting)

3. Uber: Manager (L3) - In process (mostly they'll match to retain)

4. Google: Product Analyst - In process (I'm confident I'll have something but process would last longer, and I have will have to take a call on above 3)

Hi all,
I’ve recently transitioned from Travel Customer Service role (8 YOE) to Analyst in the same LOB. Earlier I resolved travel queries through calls/emails, but now my role is to analyse travel spending on Amex cards. Now I want to remain in analysis field and grow. I currently only use SQL, Power-BI and MS-Suite. What should I learn further? Which tools or is there a course I should do? I’ve only done Graduation and thinking of doing PGDM in Data Analytics or BI.
Any suggestions?
