I have been working as a Sr BA with 3 YOE for Uber. I have the following offers

1. Zomato : Product Analyst , 21 LPA all fixed

2. Meesho: Snr. Business Analyst, 20 Fixed + 12 Esops (3yrs vesting)

3. Uber: Manager (L3) - In process (mostly they'll match to retain)

4. Google: Product Analyst - In process (I'm confident I'll have something but process would last longer, and I have will have to take a call on above 3)

I have an incline to build career in product. Suggest me the best.

Got caught up in company lay offs and I’m not sure what to do. I sometimes feel like I haven’t acquired any actual skills during my stay to pivot into an actual management consulting role I want.

I have been in client facing wealth management as an advisor for 10 years. I haven’t built a book of business because I’ve worked for mostly discount brokers (Merrill edge, TDA, Etrade). I want to know how to transition to a non client facing role in wealth management or another financial role. I am series 7 and series 66 licensed. Any thoughts?

I have 5.2 years of experience into Salesforce development and TechM was offering me 11 lpa ctc 5 months back....For some reasons, I was compelled to join CTS which offered me only 9.6LPA.

Now I realise that I am being underpaid and also I see no growth in the kind of project I am working with here in CTS....

I have an offer of 14 LPA. How much should I ask for if CTS plans to retain me?? Please help me with this.... I don't have any clue of the retention policies here in CTS..

1.I had two offers one is with Cognizant with 11.55LPA fixed + 45,000 variable pay. I was offered L1 position(designation - Associate).
- Only day shifts(no rotational weekoff's) + I get afternoon shift allowance around 5k per month.
-As per the Manager mention it's mostly WFH we need to come to office at least one month in every 6months(duration).

2.HCL offered L2 position with 10LPA(Around 1.5 Variable pay is included)
-No shift allowance
-Rotational shifts including night

Would love some insight on how you went from an HR assistant/coordinator to an HR Generalist. I’ve been in the HR world for 8 years, and only in the last 2-3 have I really done real HR work. Right now I’m a data analyst with TSQL/PLSQL/MySQL experience. I have experience writing complex queries/views/stored procedures/etc. I have intermediate excel skills and have dabbled in Power BI. I also taught myself PowerAutomate and now am automating my weekly/monthly tasks. My question is what will make me more marketable as a data analyst? Will getting my certificate in PowerBI help? What is a good ETL tool to learn?

Question on entering consulting. Worked for a non-profit for six years, entered healthcare tech last year as a CSM, and just got an offer from a life sciences consulting firm. My hope is to eventually get into more broad strategy consulting (MBB or big 4, have connections at both). Would working at a more boutique firm limit or help in the long run?
