Hi All, I am currently working in PwC AC since 2024 when I joined I only got 5% lateral hike and since then I haven't got any hike and bonus as last appraisal cycle I was put in tier 4 and this year also I am not sure about my appraisal whether it will be as per my expectations or not because the DL already has set a tone that I have done fabulous job in COE activities but project side not a good feedback,

I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Hi all, I’m looking to learn about how one can transition from PwC AC to PwC India.
I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.
I was randomly assigned to SAP, but I’ve realised I really want to move away from this and move towards what I originally planned on pursuing i.e. data analysis, I was already well versed in ML and DL with python.
