Dear all,
My friend is trying to get into her 1st full-time job. Previously she worked as a UI UX designer for multiple clients (freelance). But she couldn't manage to get an interview call. She is an excellent UI UX designer and an illustrator. If anyone has any options, kindly comment below, I will share her resume. She is a btech graduate with 2 year experience in ui ux designing/illustration field.

If You can take back your resignation at last day resign now so you can cover the notice period and simultaneously apply for better opportunities as well
This is too risky, not a good idea
Never ever resign without you getting offer in hand
It's true, should be careful
Ask for offer letter, don't resign till you receive offer letter.
Keep trying for other companies
They don't want you to use their offer letter for shopping for better offers with other companies.
These companies are not releasing offer letters until the last week of joining, check in your case.
They know that their offer is not up to the mark and the candidate will definitely get better opportunities.
In Infosys you can see the offer letter in launchpad portal only. You won't be able to download the same. You can consider this as legit offer letter and put down papers in current organisation. Nowadays most organisations are moving forward to susuch type of letters. You can request for offer letter in pdf once you join.
Hi Did u join infosys recently ?
You can always take back your resignation if anything goes bad
If you have an official offer mail, you can resign. Ask HR abkut offer letter. Meanwhile, give other company interviews too.
You can check on the candidate portal . There u can see the offer letter and package also
You cant download the offer letter until u join infosys. For now you can see it in portal. If someone asks for offer letter then you can send them the screen shot
This is the new policy of Infosys, they are not sharing the offer letter because, candidates are using it to negotiate better offer from other companies. Once you join Infy you will be able to download it from the portal.
You can put your papers from your current company
Wait for offer and connect with HR, don't worry about 3 4 days delay in putting paper. Infosys can easily extend the joining date for 3 4 days in any case.
Take offer letter first and then resign
If you are not able to see the OL on Launchpad, then check with the HR whom you were connecting.
Also can you post here the email id from which you have received the email. Infoscians can verify if it is a legit email.
You can take screenshot bro for reference
Infosys dont send offer letter via mail nowadays.
They ll upload it in candidate portal, where it is in read-only mode. You can download it from their internal app, once you join them. But if you have it in portal, you can be assured that you are selected. I got mine through same process.
Yes you can.
Don’t put down your paper until you get offer letter
