I currently have two offers and need advice on which one to choose:

1. Forvis Mazars - 12.24 LPA (10 LPA fixed + 2.24 LPA variable)

2. Capgemini - 13.5 LPA fixed

Tech - SAP, YOE - 4.5

Could someone share what percentage of the variable pay is typically paid out at Forvis Mazars? Also, should I try negotiating with Forvis Mazars, or would it be better to go ahead with Capgemini?

Please tell me what is the maximum Standard Chartered GBS can offer for 5 YOE in Band 07 role. I need to take a call on this by end of the week.
