Although, my offer letter mentions I will be working remotely and no need to come to office. Is there anyone else who is in the same situation, i.e from Gurgaon Location.

One competing offer (that is lower) and only MBB promotion to Engagement manager in a few months as leverage point. I work for a mortgage company and I service many commercial mortgages that are unique in structure which makes servicing more challenging. Since we are a smaller company we have to come up with solutions or work harder get things done. I would say I do some managerial work now and train new staff.
