Salary grade M17

CURRENT JOB:

TOTAL YEAR OF EXPERIENCE: 3.5

Accenture CTC: 5.25 LPA + 70K

VARIABLE PAY

Designation: analyst.

Is it worth joining HPE with this package or can negotiate with them for more. How much one is needed with 3.5 years of experience.

I think firm is gonna come back with an offer at the bottom of my given range. Any chance I can negotiate to the higher end of my range? I know I screwed up and should’ve started it higher

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

Has anyone left big 4 or other PA firms tax transaction service groups for industry (or know of anyone)? What was the role and salary bump, how are annual bonuses/raises in industry, what is a typical work week (hours) like? I don’t think I can take this always on just to stay afloat life much longer. For context I am considered a high performer, am near the top of the salary band at my level and have a great supporting network at Deloitte. It’s just not worth it to have zero personal life.

I need some help. I have 3 YOE.
Package I told I am expecting is 8.5lpa
Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..
