Hi All, . I got offer letter yesterday from @infosys with just 30 days of DOJ. They know clearly that I have 90 days NP.
I had a discussion with HR, she said just drop and email i ca change DOJ. No update yet.
Do we need to resign and provide the proof of LWD to change the DOJ?
In my case they have to extend for 60 days to satisfy my current employer 90 days notice. Just worried if I can resign or wait for DOJ change.
Please provide your suggestions, I need to resign and get LWD confirmation?

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?
