I got onboarding email and tomorrow is my joining. I completed all the steps mentioned on the onboarding portal but today due to family emergency, I cannot go to Hyd for my joining. I have asked for changing my joining date. I am not sure if I will still join this company as I might take a break based on the situation. Will they create PF account even though I didn't go for physical onboarding and join them tomorrow?

Its base is 15L, and I'll be getting 124800 in-hand.

The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update
