I am looking for a company where I get decent work life balance and a good hike. Can you suggest me an organisation for the same.

What additional certifications and/or training do you recommended to help boost your credentials in the Healthcare and/or Public Health arena? I currently work for a hospital system (managing litigation and involved with risk management) and trying to help make myself more versatile long term.

Hi, just wondering how the staffing situation has been in strategy consulting in general? My sibling started a job in strategy in Silicon Valley 2 months ago after MBA. She has been on the bench for 2 months and was informed that there has been a shortage of jobs (within the job) and the amount of people on the bench is getting high. She has been under a lot of stress although she had many great networking calls with people. I wanted to help but can't identify what she can improve on.

Desperately want to get into healthcare strategy consulting. 13 years of healthcare clinical experience including project work. MBA. But keep getting told by recruiters that I don't have enough experience to be a Consultant or Manager but that I have too much experience to enter in every level such as a Senior Associate. Just one rejection after another, even when applying with internal referrals from Director or Partner levels. What am I doing wrong?

Hello, I have accepted an offer at a competitor company and sent in my resignation letter. My start date is 5 weeks from now so I put in my end date 4 weeks from date letter was signed. The manager said I had to leave the job in 2 days and the company can only play 2 weeks of work. Is it normal how they do that?

Any recommended resources for a mid-level lit associate looking to develop some skills in health care transactional work? I've been corp healthcare for 20 yrs and am planning an exit in 6 months to open a legal/consulting business. Looking for thoughts on billable hourly for law firms/ providers/healthplans as clients.

I finished a Health Law LL.M. last May and haven't done anything with it thus far. I'm in insurance defense primarily (Liability, UM, UIM) and just got the LL.M. because I still had GI Bill to use or lose.
