👋 in-house with health insurance company. Pharmacy and consumer government programs. Typically straight 9-5 with the occasional early morning/late night/weekend.

In-house with a large healthcare system. During the height of the COVID pandemic, hours became bonkers (just as bad as my biglaw days). But pre-pandemic and recently, hours have been fairly normal.

I know as consultants we feel pressure to work regardless of health & feel that a few missed days means everything stops. The reality is projects don't stop because you aren't there. Take care of you!

Looking for thoughts from anyone with an Apple Watch. Thinking about getting one using wellness subsidy. Is it truly a nice item or is it just another tech gadget lying around that you don’t use?
