Hi all, I got the offer from Accenture - 9.2lpa (7.6 + 1.6) for Etl data warehouse tester.
I have 4 Yoe
Current ctc 5.1 (4.6 + 0.5)
I am going to ask a salary around 11Lpa Will they provide that? Or should i ask for joining bonus?
Or just accept offer and look for ohter offers by going on Notice period? And then counter?

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
