After that compensation team call me on 9 april
and on 15 april i got to know from hr that bgv team will call me for further process.

I did not got any update after that?

When we get offers letter?
Does bgv team this much time to take further?

We recently sleep trained our 7 month son. He went from waking up multiple times during night and taking only 30 minute naps 3 times during day (most cases nursed to sleep or rocked to sleep or took a drive) to sleeping 12 hours at night without interruption and two 2 hour naps and one 45 minutes nap during day.
