I have a offer of Amex for lead analyst position Band 28-- 9.1LPA. I am 2.9 yrs of experienced.
I now have another offer which is giving 12 LPA.
Can I renegotiate with Amex as I really want to join here. Is there any limitations for Band 28 which they may not match with my new offer?
