I dont want to get into decision making or deliverables right now

Hr Said you have the option to choose between leading a team technically and getting into delivery management etc .. I have not been assigned or taken for any project post onboarding and getting into the company

Feeling like lowballed by hr.
Though i had counter offer of 17.3 (15.7 fixed)

1. Will exl pay the variable pay fully ?
2. Hr mentioned for client meetings i may need to come to Noida on my own expenses ( from chennai) but may be once in a year.
