Hi All, I have an offer from Deloitte India with a fixed pay of ₹11 LPA. The offer letter doesn’t mention the variable pay percentage or structure. Can anyone share how much variable pay I can realistically expect (especially for an average performer)? Also, what would be the approximate in-hand salary after deductions (PF, tax, etc.) on ₹11 LPA fixed? Any insights based on your recent experience would be really helpful. Thanks!"

1. Global projects are available here
2. They've started mentioning Bonus, Gratuity amount etc in offer letter
3. Work life balance depends on Project and managers you work with
4. Inside opportunities if you're the creamy layer
5. PF amount in offer letter is the total deduction and not just company's contri
