I have F2F interview with HR tomorrow for senior solution architect for SAP QM position in west pharmaceuticals, I have attended 4 round of interview this the final round, how much I can ask?

My current CTC is 12.65 LPA.

I have total 7 years of experience in SAP PPQM i have 4.6 years of experience.

And currently I have offer with accenture with 15.67 LPA.

Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? I’ve been ghosted after every final interview during my recent job search, but never had I been ghosted before even having the first call??

I am currently working in non tech as an analyst. I have learnt SQL AND Data warehousing concepts. I am thinking of switching to any data related role Data Analyst/Data engineer. Appreciate your views/thoughts on this.
Should I have to learn some more to switch or should take up any real time projects to start a career in the above mentioned fields.
