I have gotten an offer from UST for Microsoft project. HR saying it will be development work. Is it true? Why microsoft will give development work to UST when microsoft itself has good developers? Also i don't know till when the project will be there.

Sharks Plz suggest which to go for better growth and experience.

I have submitted my resignation on Aug11th. I received a mail very next day from HR saying salary willbe put on hold for reliving month and immediate previous month will be put on hold as FNF dues.
