Hi All, I have joined cisco last year in march. In that year i didn't get any hike just bonus. My nanager said I'm not eligible for hike since I haven't completed 1 year. How can i know if I'll get hike this year, should i talk to my manager or he'll talk abt this in 1:1 discussion. Also i have joined as g8, how do i get promoted to g10 how much time does it take?
