I have received ACN offer 15.5L(12.8 fixed and 21 vp)
I accepted offer and my application status moved to offer accepted and moved to inactive tab.

Recently I received an offer for 16.5L.

I shared a counter offer details to HR and she informed me she will check it

Now application status moved to active tab with interview completed from offer accepted

Is it because of a counter offer or something

If anyone did a counter offer and received a revised offer letter please help me here.

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.
