I have total 10+ yrs of experinec into a mechanical design and project management. Currently working as a lead engineer having experince into a material handling equipment design & SPM.BAchlors in mechianical engineering + MBA in operations managements
Can someone suggest how can i switch my role as i dont see any growth further , also the pay scale is also average compared to other sectors. any guidence or suggestion for certification would be highly apreciated to boost up my career.

I’m a non-TX immigration attorney mentoring a UT student who went to my undergrad. He’s done incredibly well in OCI and pre-OCI. Thus far, he’s landed interviews with (all in Houston): Baker Botts, Sidley Austin, Kirkland, Winston Strawn, Reed Smith, Norton Rose, and Locke Lord. Also Perkins Coie in Dallas. He’s leaning transactional, but also open to litigation. Any insights/advice on these firms in the TX market? Any to avoid?

Hi All, I have completed my technical interview on 6th Dec,2022 and received mail from HR on 7th Dec to upload documents on ibegin portal my status is changed to evaluated yesterday. I still haven't received any mail from HR regarding the HR interview or any further steps. What does this mean? Can I consider that I have chances or am I rejected?
