Anyone know how to deal with a very cold and distant superior? I'm starting to feel a little ostracized and devalued by my manger.. Should this be something that I should be worrying about?

Tell me honestly — do you gossip about other people with your colleagues? Aka. Talking sh!t about others? Who does it just so that you can create rapport with said colleagues?

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

I have a CD that gets extremely flustered when you ask them for their opinion on a solution. For example after showing them multiple color pallets and CD not quite liking any of them (real Goldie locks moment) i suggested why not we do (fill in three colors here), the CD freezes up and gets annoyed because they don’t want to say yes or no without seeing it in front of them. Working on tight turn arounds and a cd who is too busy for meetings it proving tough with remote working. Any tips?

Any advice on dealing with a Partner who lacks project management/leadership skills? I'll take any suggestion...a podcast, a TedTalk, a yoga position, wine, hard liquor, basically anything.

My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. I’ll try to bring it up with them, but I’ll say “if you want to end this feel free” so it doesn’t hurt me (and they can say what they really mean instead of sugarcoating). Someone told me today that they just assume I’m not interested because I always seem to “run” but I’m not sure how to bring up problems/feelings otherwise. How do you approach these hard questions?
