I interviewed recently in Accenture and got offered 474000, my basic at my current company which is Genpact is 428000. Should I be taking this offer. I already had a conversation with the HR, and she said we are proving you two side cab, and here you will get promotion within 8 months on the basis of performance.

What should I do?

.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months
