Hi All, I just want to know how dificult is to crack a Windows infra tech support role in Service base mnc companies,
I have 3.5years of experience TBH I worked as a L1 for 2 yrs and L2 for 1 yrs, i've strong L1 knowledge and L2 as intermediate knowledge, Please let me know how dificult is to get a support level job role & some good mnc company which hires more IT infra tech Support Engineers

No, I was into windows administration, Never choose to go back to desktop level. Rather move to more technologies. Learn about Virtualization and cloud. Improve your skills on Vmware or Nutanix. Learn about Azure or AWS. Start to do Udemy courses. Get certified. Learn sone automation skills and grow. Commit yourself with timeline and you should succeed. Best luck.

Thanks a lot 🤝🏻😌(I left my previous organisation without any offer in my hand , currently am appearing interviews in small organisation and they are expecting some deep L2 knowledge but I worked as a L1 and learnt intermediate level of knowledge in L2) So I don't have interview experience in Big 6 MNC can you please let me know how dificult is L1&L2 intermediate interviews in big 6 MNC ?

Hello Guys,

I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?

As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Hi lads,
Anyone please help me understand what would be my monthly salary that will get credited, with/without the tax deduction on monthly basis.

And I'm new to all this I don't know what is variable pay, basic etc. Please help understand this by writing few description on above points. Also by submitting the home rent agreement how much will be saving, and will that only be sufficient or i can add more bills to avoid the dedication.
