My Friend reffered me He was actually working in a good team Mphasis in general is good Company But this Chennai Fiserv project is hell. I have seen people leaving in 10 days after joining. Most of the people here are in-experienced I was 4 years Experienced when I joined In my team there was one manager one scrum master and 30 Developers One or 2 might be 5+ all others are freshers. I stayed for a year and switched No body knows what they are doing. You will learn Nothing. With regards to ODC time I have seen people leaving early or take remote work option but they have to go to home and connect Managers generally add you in a whatsapp group and threaten you untime calling were also made like night 11 PM and all And they normalise it. When complained to HR She told it is business requirement. Saturday working is mandatory Again when complained to HR she told I will get compensatory off which they never gave. Even on Christmas, newyear eve I was made to work Managers in general spineless and non technical . I was taken for PySpark made to work as Java Dev , performance testing etc etc but never on Python. I think there is one more fiserv project where people have ODC timings. I would never join such a organisation ever again. Its been 2 months Joined Infy Its like 1000 times better. My Advice dont join If you had already joined If situation is different from what I said then stay if not resign asap. I regret staying there for a year. There is nothing wrong . This comment is for all others who are searching for Fiserv account If you want to double check just go to Linkedin and search for Mphasis fiserv and connect with them to understand . I dont want to take names but I know HR's at Mphasis are reading this For you guys Tell the truth to new joiners Dont oversell You know what is the reality .

I joined a week before and client is Fiserv. Very worst experience. So much restrictions for employees. Plan to quit.
