Hi all i need advice from someone experienced in hiring in corporate. I applied to internal role that was open in late Dec, interviewed in mid Feb. HM told me that I am a great candidate for the role and am the only internal person getting to the last stage of interview but I do have strong competition. I was told I will hear something a week ago I followed up this week and was told they will make their decision soon and HR will contact me. Today I see the job was reposted y-day?! Any advice?
