First this is not a matter of guts here and second thing i am not asking it like plz help me i really want to know this and that i just asked that if anyone know or related to this he will share his opinion and acknowledge do you really think people would have not know anything like this is happening.....as a matter of fact some companies are making this to be happened last and most if you are uncomfortable with this post you could ignored it
Rather justify the gap saying it was for preparing for govt. exams/jobs or maybe had an accident/illness and were recovering. Starting pay might be less this way but after switching a few times you will be at par with your peers. At least your career is not hanging by a string this way.
Don’t do it man , if not for risk of getting caught now or in future and lose your job and dignity atleast care of some values like ethics and self respect, on a technical side I won’t recommend doing it recently my friend who did this few years back got caught permanent marked no job since 2 years now for him

I don't know much about this, but I have heard that small organization don't really have much extensive bgvs so you might pass it, but beaware about any good MNCs they have a strong chance of catching you.
Do consult someone from labour law incase if caught the company might take some legal action as well, although I don't know much about it, just trying to guide you about the risks and any backfire that you might be prepared for.
