I recently cleared the client round at Capgemini for a .NET role and was informed that the project is with Fiserv.

Can anyone working on Fiserv projects share insights on:

Work-life balance
Nature of work (development vs support)
Team culture / pressure
Any common challenges or concerns

Would really appreciate honest feedback before I make a decision.

I work for fiserv it's 5 days wfo and there is tracking through sapience. Work is heavy but depends on project

Work culture is not good in general. For project I work they track sapient hours closely. Main prblm is WFO all 5 days no exemption, many times if it gets late night to complete onshore calls or complete work we stay back late in office. Join if offer is very good else better look for opportunities in hybrid project as u can spread the work n do if they give laptop.

How much time Mindtree take to release offer letter? I am waiting from last 2 weeks or more. On their candidate portal it is showing Shortlisted, however no offer letter . I have called the HR 2-3 times in past 5 days, however HR doesnt pick up my calls.

Below is the email i received from Mindtree, a week ago.

FactSet is a big company but it is just providing 13 LPA. I have 3 years eperience in .Net.

I am holding an offer of 18 LPA. They are not even matching it.

I am Offered 29.5fixed by PwC for SA (L2). Currently on 25fixed. Should I join ? In terms of WLB.! My current employer on fishbowl shows Deloitte but have left Deloitte a year back. Currently in a firm with good WLB but PWFH is a big win for me that PwC is offering.
Any guidance or fist hand experience sharing is highly appreciated.

Guys, need one quick suggestion -

28th Jan(after 2 days) is my joining date in one of the organisation.. meanwhile I get a call from one of captive company for final managerial discussion scheduled for today itself.
I doubt they can release offer in just 2 days if all good, having said that tomorrow is holiday.
Ques- should I tell after 2 days I have to join one of organization. Or can I tell, still I am with current organisation and serving np, probably 60 days left and wait for their offer..
