Hi all, I would like to know from you all, that how should I get a interview call for the job, I'm trying my best to secure a good job. I was previously working in KPMG as a US Tax Associate, so I side by side I have started to prepare for EA as well, but my role didn't get continued as their is less requirement in the business, from then I have tried applying different firms, for different ropes as well, even I have asked for referrals as well, but the process didn't proceeds after.

I currently hold an offer from Cognizant @15 Lakhs INR.YOE is 10. Can someone refer me so that I can negotiate n grab a better deal.

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.

Also what do you think of this behavior by GPM?
