Im 3.8 YOE Software QA engineer, I have got offer in HPE and Qualcomm. Apart from salary i just wanna know which company has better for long term.
Qualcomm - Manual testing (wifi)
HPE - Cloud QA

Which role is good for my career and future scope (wifi testing or cloud). And which company is good in terms of culture and work life balance....i heard qualcomm has too much pressure (around 80% of the company) and on the other hand HPE has good cultural values. Please suggest...

I just got an offer from Morgan Stanley. The offer is indeed handsome and provides other benefits as well. The problem is I just relocated to Pune for my wife's work, we have set up our house here and now if I accept offer I again have to relocate to Bangalore because they aren't offering WFH. How many points? Caribbean Marriott Cat 3 property, 5 nights. They have an issue with the boiler so no hot water and shower stops in between. Ice cold showers for 4 days in a row 🥶. Hotel phones don’t work because network is down and only local channels work on tv. Last night they had a huge leak in the lobby. They kept knocking stuff all night to fix it and then left a large floor fan running. I understand it’s tough reopening so don’t want to push, plus they upgraded our room at check in.
