Hi all. I’m an experienced Programme manager with background from the UK (delivered screening programmes, Clinical trials and prior experience in government PM). I’ve been applying online for roles at Accenture but I keep getting rejected. I’m not even making it to a screening call 🙈. I’m finding the market in Ireland so tough and i’m starting to loose hope. Any advice?

I cleared Accenture interview and today got an email to upload documents on their portal. Also, got a call from HR and she asked about the salary expectations and other details. And few minutes later I found that my profile has been put on hold.

I’m working in a large fund; market neutral public market strategy funds; am about to be recommended for a promotion to associate. However, an analyst position just opened up internally in Credit, which is where I aspire to be for the next ten years. More growth and more intellectual challenge.
