Hi All, I'm currently a Sr. Technical Consultant at Big 4, I had started looking out for jobs. Now I'm in final rounds with 2 top-tier banks. I'm getting married in Nov & will need 2 weeks off.
I’m debating whether to resign now (90-day NP),without offer letter, so I can join in Sept, get a good hike & request leave in Nov—or wait until after wedding.

My current priority is a solid hike & package.
Has anyone faced a similar situation where you had to ask for leaves within 2-3 months of joining?

I got call back from Capgemini that my expected CTC has been met. HR told "I got approval from my seniors of your expected CTC. I am generating offer letter in the system. You will get the offer letter by today EOD or by Tomorrow" Is he fooling me or I will really get the offer letter? Capgemini
