I'm holding a youth mobility visa valid for two years and have 6 years of IT experience. How is the IT job market in the UK? Do IT companies provide employment considering youth mobility visas? Or are there any issues /restrictions to working in IT with this visa?

Left at the SC level for a manager role in industry. Almost a year under my belt. How long until I can realistically bounce back into consulting at the manager level?

Guys I need help. I'm from Orchard learning and completed it in July. After that I've been on bench since July . I was trained on Cloud and DevOps technologies. I've interest in Web development and having hands on HTML CSS Bootstrap JS and ReactJs.
Question is should I be in Mindtree till my next promotion to C2 or should I switch after completion of 1 year in Mindtree? What hike can I expect for Web developer after switching.

Senior to Manager-level Data Scientists, what is the minimum set of skills and experience you require someone to have in order to train them to be a Data Scientist?

I have a handful of people from BI and Marketing who want to learn how to be a "Data Scientist" where some of them have stronger SQL knowledge and ability than others, but some of them have more exposure to languages like Python and R, and a little bit of machine learning exposure.

I just finished my first full year at my firm and got close to hitting my billable requirement but fell a little short. Had a death in the family and my mom has been sick, which was distracting. Covid stopped travel billing for court/depo. Firm said I will not get a bonus OR a raise next year if I don’t hit hours. I understand the bonus part, but shouldn’t raises be based on tenure/seniority? I still do great work for the firm and clients are happy. Just curious what other firms do for raises.
