How do you get leverage as an internal transfer? A buddy of mine with similar experience and location received an external offer for nearly $100k TC more than my internal offer for the same role. I haven’t accepted it yet, and I’ve already caused a stir in my previous org. Should I accept an offer I’m already bitter about? Is my only recourse to now leave the company? Leaving would hurt both my previous org and new org.

Any advice for asking for almost a 30-35% raise. I recently got an Office Manager position and I wanted to renegotiate my pay. It's a brand new location with branches nationwide. So for a few months I had to do everything myself since I was the only one in the office at this location. I did extremely well and everyone's told me I've been doing a great job. The reason I resigned was the sh^^head manager and project.
He said I would be released from project soon and then on bench but after resigning he is saying you have to serve the NP n we cant release early.
