I’ve received an offer from a B2B SaaS company in a different industry. The role focuses on solving client problems using AI and automation. The pay is ~40% higher incl. ESOPs

Is switching domains early in career a smart move?
Does SaaS + AI offer better long-term growth than staying in banking product roles?

I also have a local credit union checking/savings that I'd use if I need any services or to deposit cash and a HYSA that gets my paycheck, is used for mortgage and credit card payments, and to transfer to checking or investments.

I also have done post graduate deploma in ML and Al from IIIT BANGLORE while working. I have notice period of 3 months. Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!
