I’ve completed all three rounds of interviews with Deloitte India, and after that, the recruiter asked me to share all the required documents. It’s been over 1.5 weeks since then, and I haven’t received any further communication from the recruitment team.

Is this kind of delay common in Deloitte’s hiring process? Has anyone faced a similar situation recently? Appreciate any insights.

How many YOE do firms normally look at for an SM1 role

Does cmaas/fdd fall under consulting for mba applications or just under accounting. Just wondering because I know many consultants (mbb etc.) apply for business school

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.

All the reimbursement and other stuff which goes to partner for approval , does partner actually sits and review all those and approves it or does he have any secretary or assistant to approve all that.
