How many YOE do firms normally look at for an SM1 role

Hello guys. I had a phone screening for a clinical laboratory position in Seattle. I’m currently living in Atlanta. Can you guys tell me your thoughts about living there (specifically being a black female, childless)? The culture? Cost of living? Pros and cons? Also I would like some opinions on the salary. Hi All, Just finished the process with Alix tech & Digital practice (VP) and A&M PEPI (SA) and got an offer from Alix and waiting for the salary details from A&M. I wanted to know your thoughts regarding the salary expectations for A&M (Their HR didn’t flinch when I asked a salary +15K more than Alix in base)? Do you think they can offer that in PEPI ? My wife works at a school with kids with behavioral issues. The kids are abusive to the teachers/paras and have hit, kicked, pulled hair, as well as have grabbed the privates of teachers/paras.
