Hi all - I’ve primarily been focused on residential investments (homes) but am looking to enter the commercial area, particularly retail. Does anyone have experience in commercial investments that can help answer some of my questions and give me some tips?

Hi all,

I am new here!
I have almost 10 years of experience in basic tech troubleshooting.
I joined Capgemini 2 years back as a network engineer specialist but all we do is WebEx support (Cisco).
I want to learn proper technology but am a bit confused which vertical to go for.
AWS, CCNA, wireless router, switches, VOIP, calling etc etc.
Any suggestions guys?

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

I haven’t gotten a ticket in over 5 years before this.
