Mindtree defined three types of ratings only
1. Top talent - highest rating
2. Valued talent - mid rating
3. Developing talent - lowest rating

So what if we continue get Developing Talent rating ??

Because it is not possible to get valued talent always. May be we cannot get one time and can get always developing talent rating then what will happen ???

How it will affect our job security??

But you need a process to find ideas and manage positions. Two books you should read are “The New Trading for a Livinng” and “The Laws of Trading.” Both look at psychology, process, and risk in different ways that can help you work out your own process. The next 18 months will be much harder than the last 18 - time to start learning.

Already cleared technical and managerial round of Mindtree and salary Final discussion pending for C6 level.
Mindtree Folks please suggest the realistic package figure I should ask for considering I have to relocate frrom Mumbai to Pune for this role and whether C6 level is apt or not for this experience and skillset.

Hey folks does Mindtree send any rejection mail? I was interviewed for the role Technical Lead and cleared the technical round and Managerial round also went well. It almost 2 weeks now and no response from the HR.
