Is IB worth the sacrifice of WLB? Obvious pay is really good but are the prestige and pay worth it if you’re planning on only doing it for a couple years?

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. Need some advice. My pet had been eating his kebble food on a consistent basis. Then I introduced a bit of raw chicken into his kebble and loved having it even more.
