Hi All,

My joining date is very near , but really scared to join the company because of somewhat mixed reviews.
I wanted to ask if the working hours are flexible ?? Do they allow flexibility to work few hours at office and rest of the work at home ?? Also how female friendly company is ?

Yes, you can do this, but it also depends on your workload and your manager's approval. Personally, I spend 5 hours in the office, commute back home, and then continue my work. For females, there are strict guidelines requiring them to leave the office before 6:30 PM.

Yes, enough flexibility is there. Plenty of people leave early and connect from home. But a few teams also enforce staying till full office hours.
But personally, as of now, enough time flexibilities are there.

Does JPMorgan entertain counter offers ?
I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on
