Current CTC: 18 LPA fixed plus 10% variable pay

I have two offers in hand:
1. Accenture
Role: Software Product and Platform Engineer Associate Manager
CTC: 27 LPA fixed plus 27% variable pay

2. SAP
Role: Senior Developer
CTC: 29 LPA fixed plus 12% variable pay
Full stack developer role in their Business Process Intelligence team.

Blue Yonder and Publicis Sapient I’m yet to convert.

Please help me choose and negotiate with others.

Does anyone here have an idea of BA office? What kind of projects do they generally support from BA?

HCL - 16 LPA with 15% variable, Bangalore
Infosys - 19.39 LPA with 15% variable, Bangalore but permanent WFH as HR told, not sure if this actually happens. Please confirm this if anyone is aware

Does having corporate NPS account make any difference? Ultimately we get 50k additional deduction only ,right? So between an employee giving a voluntary contri of 50k to an individual nps account and another whose employer's contri 50k to corporate account will give the same benefits, isn't this understanding correct?

TCS offered 20.5LPA (18 Fixed + 2.5 Variable) CTC C3B for 10.7 YOE SAP HANA.
Accenture retaining me by giving 19.5 Fixed + 27% Variable = 24.76 LPA CTC applicable from 1st Dec21 along with GCP role.
Had fruitful discussion with M, HR, SM & MD on the same & considered the offer. Took my papers back.
