Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?

“Background cannot be jumpy.” I’d suggest you update that language to something more professional. Experienced EAs are reading that and wondering what type of amateur is writing that posting. Thank you.
I get that execs are looking for loyalty from EAs, HOWEVER if that seems to be an issue at their firm then they may need to look internally at their retention practices instead of blaming candidates with diverse experience.
If this role were opened to fully remote I would be interested in speaking with you further.
I’m not even based in the US but have to say that this is a very brutal post.. think of all the people you are discounting because they lost their jobs due to covid which was 5 mins ago 🙄🙄 honestly.

COVID started only about 2 years ago. We’re talking about candidates who are jumpers even prior to COVID. We understand There were many layoffs due to COVID. We’re looking for someone who is looking to stay at the company for a long time not jump after one year or two years because they just job hop. There are plenty of candidates that have some longevity in roles.
