It will be ibm gbs...u can consider it as recently ibm acquired AST & Accelalpha especially to boost there Oracle saas capabilities.
Accenture is currently going through rough tides.
Since you are in Oracle domain you can take a bet on ibm.
Anyways you have good yoe so you can work for 2-3 years in ibm then once the IT slowness eases you can go for Accenture or any other better IT company. Best of luck
