1. MICROSOFT (Through third-party payroll) - 15 LPA - Contract is for long term period
2. Impetus - 11 LPA
3. Deloitte - 11.5 LPA

YOE - 4.5
CCTC - 7.2 LPA

Is it safe to join MICROSOFT through third-party or should I go with other option. I have 45 days left at my current organisation.
Will there be any challenge while switching in the near future if I go with Microsoft.

Note: This will be my 2nd switch. And in my 4.5 years I have worked as a FTE.
