What is the impact on rating and overall, if I have got all snapshots good but for one snapshot its like at level for 4 parameters and 1 parameter partially demonstrated at level and have got a development action on that. At KPMG, was going to go up for M last year but it would have been a tad early (only 2.5 years at senior) so I decided to push it back to this year. This year, after talking about my business case since last summer, I was now just told I won’t even be given the opportunity to go up for M at all, with very weak reasoning. I pour a lot of time and effort into my job and this felt like a true sand banging. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it firm being cheap w/ the current economy? TIA.

Then I requested I am okay with the offered salay and can join immediately. She told me to write over mail to her & her manager. I did that.
