Hi, does anyone have any good resources for reviewing deal/fund documents for tax comments? I’m more junior and am often thrown documents to review with little guidance. Does anyone know if any good CLEs or other resources that could be helpful in helping me to better understand the big picture when reviewing documents like this?

My accounting edge finance is not compatible with the new Mac OS. I do not need the $15/month subscription they offering as an upgrade since I’m a lone freelancer. I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. I am AWS cloud architect with 10yoe. For just 10 days difference they are stopping my offer even when I can join immediately in a week.. Please help in this situation what to do
